The White Stag

The White Stag is a proper pub on Lockhart Road, often rated one of the best in Wan Chai. It has an open front onto the street, a dark wood bar with high stools and big screens for the football, and a friendly crowd of regulars.

The kitchen serves British pub grub, including burgers, pies and a Sunday roast, and the pints are well kept, with Guinness a particular point of pride. The manager is a Liverpool fan, and the pub is a busy spot for Premier League matches as well as AFL.

There is a pub quiz on Sundays and Mondays. It opens at noon every day and stays open until 4am at weekends.
