The Queen Victoria

The Queen Victoria is one of Wan Chai's longest-running British pubs, on Lockhart Road in the heart of the district's bar strip. It is a no-frills local: a long bar, sport on the screens and a busy, noisy crowd of expats and Hong Kong regulars, especially from Thursday to Sunday.

The food is British pub grub at fair prices, with a range of pies, all-day breakfasts and good-value lunch deals, plus a few international dishes. The beer list mixes standard lagers with a good range of craft beers, and happy hour runs until 10pm, which makes it one of the cheapest pints in the area.

It shows football, rugby and AFL, and it opens from 9am until the early hours every day.
