Timor-Leste is one of Asia's least-visited countries, but its capital, Dili, has a small international community of aid workers, diplomats and divers, and a handful of beachfront bars and restaurants where they meet for a drink. Some have an Australian or British feel, with cold beer, pub food and sport on the television.
