Billed as Bali's first Irish pub, Gracie Kelly's sits at the front of the Bali Dynasty Resort on Jalan Kartika Plaza in Kuta, in a striking red-brick building with a gabled tower and green awnings that looks as if it has been lifted from a Dublin street. Inside it is all dark wood, wooden booths and benches, stained glass and vintage Guinness advertising.
Guinness is on tap, alongside Bintang, local craft beers from Kura Kura and imported bottles. The kitchen covers the Irish and British classics: beef and Guinness pie, shepherd's pie, fish and chips, bangers and mash and braised lamb shank, with sticky toffee pudding to finish.
A live band plays every night from around 8pm, and the screens show the big games, including AFL, NRL, Premier League football, F1 and UFC. It is an easy walk from Kuta and Tuban beachfront hotels and only a short ride from the airport.
