The Celtic Bar & Restaurant

The Celtic Bar & Restaurant opened in August 2025 in Garden Row at Ayala Malls Central Bloc, in the middle of Cebu IT Park, and has quickly become a favourite with expats and visitors. It brings an Irish pub feel to the area, with a dark, cosy interior behind its neon Celtic knot sign and plenty of seating outside.

The menu includes Irish pub dishes such as Guinness pie and hearty soups, steaks, and a Sunday roast that British visitors compare favourably with home, alongside local dishes and cocktails. The staff are known for friendly, attentive service.

There is live music most evenings, and sport can be put on for big matches. It is open every day from 11am until 3am.
