Mac Murphy Irish Pub

Mac Murphy is a friendly Irish pub on the Lake Front strip at Southkey, next to The Mall Mid Valley Southkey and close to several hotels. Behind its green shopfront there is a dark-wood bar with chandeliers and chalkboards, plus tables out front, and it is family-friendly.

The Guinness is well kept and some regulars rate it among the best outside Ireland. Kilkenny is on draught too, and there is a good whisky shelf. The kitchen serves Guinness Irish lamb stew and fish and chips alongside pork knuckle and pork sisig, at reasonable prices.

It is open every day from 4pm until midnight. The area can be quiet midweek.
