Jameson's The Irish Pub

Jameson's first opened in 2005 opposite the Nova Park Hotel on Soi Sukrudee, better known as Soi AR, and for years was a meeting point for business networkers and sports fans. After a long closure it reopened following a thorough refurbishment, keeping its framed pictures and pub clutter.

Guinness is poured from the long bar. The menu changes monthly and mixes Irish stew and crispy cod and chips with pigs in blankets, Swedish meatballs and steaks, plus a weekly three-course set at 295 baht. A roast dinner is served every Sunday.

The pub is split into areas: a library with Chesterfield sofas for reading the papers, a sports section with big screens, a dining room and two professional pool tables. It opens daily from 4pm to 11:30pm, so it suits an early-evening pint and dinner rather than a late night.
