Healy Mac's

Healy Mac's on Jalan P. Ramlee, between the KL Tower and the Petronas Towers, is the flagship of Kuala Lumpur's best-known Irish pub group, and it is Irish-owned. It was named the best Irish pub in the world outside Ireland in an Irish Times competition, and it is home to the city's Irish community: the pub sponsors the local Gaelic football club.

The menu mixes Irish and British pub staples such as traditional Irish lamb stew, pies and fish and chips with pizzas, grills and local dishes, and there is a roast with Yorkshire puddings on Sundays. The beer is kept well and served cold, with Guinness and Kilkenny among the taps.

It shows the big football, rugby and GAA matches, and is open daily from late morning until 2am, or 3am at weekends.
